The four members of the Oakwood Cemetery Board of Regents are pooling their own money, about $75 each, and donating a picture for the new chapel on cemetery grounds.
A small plaque naming the board also will be attached to the gift.
The 2002 budget, totaling $348,295, was reviewed during Thursday's meeting. Most items have not been changed except the purchase of a new $7,000 riding mower.
Following the approval of burial plot deeds, the next meeting was set for Sept. 6 at 5 p.m. in the administration building.
Cemetery board members are Tatter, Bob Sandy, Ellen Hoffer, Lewis Dobbins and Trish Brown, council representative.
