Celtic Group To Peform Friday In Central Park

Celtic Group Kennedy's Kitchen will perform Friday in Central Park.
The concert is part of Warsaw Parks Department's summer concerts series. The free concert is from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
In the event of rain, the concert will be at Lakeview Middle School auditorium or gymnasium.
Kennedy's Kitchen is a mix of traditional Irish tunes and songs, according to Sherry Harke, Kennedy's Kitchen manager.
"What makes the band special is their universal appeal to all ages and situations," Harke said.
She said while the group has fun when it performs, it stays true to the Irish roots of the complexities of Irish music handed down through the ages.
Group members play the fiddle, whistles, banjos, guitars and bass. Besides performing music, the group also tells stories and jokes.
