NORTH MANCHESTER – Celia Marian Smith Shankster, 97, North Manchester, died May 16, 2026.
She was born in Viking Township, S.D., to Celia M. and Beatrice Smith on May 16, 1929. She married Owen Shankster in May 1950; he preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be Saturday, May 23 at 10 a.m. at the Manchester Church of the Brethren.
