BOURBON - Celia J. Montague, 95, formerly of Bourbon, died at 12:06 a.m. Nov. 13, 2008, in Bremen Health Care Center.

She was born June 7, 1913, in Bourbon, to Milo and Bessie Jordan Lemler. On Nov. 10, 1932, she married LaVaun Montague, who died Feb. 2, 2002.

She was a homemaker and retired from Orthopedic Equipment Co., Bourbon. She was a member of United Pentecostal Church of Bourbon for more than 70 years. She was a 1931 Bourbon High School graduate.

Surviving are five children: Nila Ellen (and spouse Ivy E.) Davis, Crowley, Texas; Neil (and spouse Doris) Montague, Bremen; Gene (and spouse Judy) Montague, Akron; Thomas Montague, Schererville; and Phyllis René Trentham, Arlington, Texas; 24 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, two sisters and a brother.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at United Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Mark Cottrill officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bourbon.

Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon.
