BOURBON - Cecil B. Binkley, 90, of 9046 W. Old 30, Etna Green, died at 12:56 a.m. June 19, 2008, in Goshen General Hospital.
He was born Feb. 26, 1918, in Mongo, to Charles and Clara Witham Binkley. On Oct. 26, 1945, he married Maxine Bules, who survives.
He was a lifetime Etna Green area resident, wintering in Punta Gorda, Fla. He retired from construction work and farming, and was a World War II U.S. Army veteran.
Also surviving are two children, Carolyn Shigley, Hazel Crest, Ill., and Larry (and spouse Rita) Binkley, Etna Green; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon. Burial will be in Etna Green Cemetery.
