During the Combined Community Services Toy Giveaway, 1,413 children up to age 18 received Christmas gifts this holiday season.
Organizer Ami Pitt said 153 Bibles were given to the 403 families that came.
“Many thanks to ABATE, Toys for Tots, Meijer, the Kosciusko County Fair Board, Dollar General of Ligonier and the volunteers of Toy Time who priced, played with and packaged 12,643 used toys to sell to benefit the giveaway and all of the families that consigned those toys,” Pitt said.
