Cathy Jo Busz, 44, died at 8:28 p.m. April 16, 2008, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
She was born Sept. 2, 1963, in Columbia City, to Darwin Sr. and Dorothy Smith Busz.
Living most of her life in Kosciusko County, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Warsaw Eagles, Warsaw Moose and Pierceton American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include her mother, Dorothy (and spouse Ray) Bell, Pierceton; her father, Darwin (and spouse Annette) Busz Sr., Pierceton; a son, Brandon (and spouse Jessica) Edwards, Silver Lake; five grandchildren: Samantha Rose Edwards, Phillip Lee Edwards, Mahala Korb, Christopher McLay and Jacob Frohbieter; three brothers: Darwin (and spouse Rita) Busz Jr. and Bryan Busz, both of Warsaw; Tim (and spouse Shelly) Tackett, Columbus; and a stepsister, Alice (and spouse Sam) Custer, Markle. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Busz; two infant brothers and an infant sister.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Terry Bradford officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
