ROCHESTER – Catherine Brubaker, 94, of Rochester, died Nov. 21, 2012, in Community North Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born June 27, 1918, in Rochester, to Estel and Glennie Bemenderfer. She married Claude Brubaker, who died in 2002. She was a lifetime resident of Rochester with exception to the last two years, as she moved to Berkshire Assisted Living near Indianapolis to be closer to her family. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church for more than 75 years. She volunteered as a grey lady at Woodlawn Hospital. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are a daughter, Cathy (and spouse Gary) Wilkinson, Carmel; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ned (and spouse Millie) Bemenderfer, South Bend. She also was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Maurice Grindle officiating. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Calling is from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service Sunday at the funeral home. *****
