SYRACUSE – Carolyn Weaver, 86, of Milford, passed away on Jan. 31, 2026, at Paddock Springs in Warsaw.
She was born on Dec. 5, 1939, in Clermont County, Ohio, to Raymond and Imogene Colvin Bess. She retired after many years at Syracuse Rubber and was a homemaker. She was a loving mother and wife to Larry Weaver Sr. for 58 years before he passed away in 2023.
She is survived by her children: Larry D. (Tracey) Weaver Jr., Janet R. Christian, William L.(Shonda) Weaver and Allen J. (Shelly) Weaver; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Dan Bess and Warren Bess; brother-in-law, Larry Lea. Along with her husband Larry Sr., she was also preceded by her sister, Deb Lea; four brothers: Donald, Bill, Russ and Dave Bess; son-in-law, John Christian.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 8 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday, Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery.
