Carolyn Sue McNicholas, 79, Warsaw, died Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
She was born in Yspilanti, Mich., on Nov. 14, 1946, to Floyd Alva and Maxine Burcham Phillips.
In Florida on Sept. 24, 1971, Carolyn married Joel Lee McNicholas; he died July 16, 2025.
A memorial service will be Saturday, March 28 at 2 p.m. at Home Church, Warsaw, with Pastor Bryan Lowe officiating. Visitation will be held prior in the church from 1 to 2 p.m.
