Carolyn Joan Gephart passed away Friday, June 22, 2018, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born March 28, 1936, in Indiana, and was chosen to be adopted by Samuel Moody and Vera A. Milholand Wolf. Carolyn was first married on May 27, 1955, in Bluffton, Wells County, to Carol Owen Thomas and had two children, Patricia Marie Tarr Bradley and Kathleen Kay (Donald) Nave. Her second marriage was to Dean Ronald Gephart on Nov. 17, 1978, in Wells County.
Her interests included painting, crocheting, butterflies, cooking, fishing, watching baseball, playing games and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Roger and daughter Patricia.
Carolyn is survived by her husband Dean, her daughter Kathleen, two stepsons, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
