THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Carol Pilgrim, 54, of The Woodlands, Texas, died May 18, 2009, after a battle with cancer.
She was born Nov. 6, 1954, at Wolf Lake, to Jack and Ellabelle Carr, who survive in Syracuse. She married Jim Pilgrim, who survives.
She graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, and earned a degree from Indiana University. She lived in Houston for many years and worked at Anadarko for 27 years.
Also surviving are a son, Neil Pilgrim; a daughter, Emily Pilgrim; a stepdaughter, Cheryl Pilgrim, Austin, Texas; and three sisters; Christie Schanlaub, Syracuse; Connie Yadon, Montpelier; and Carol Carr, Warsaw.
Services were Thursday in the Robb Chapel at The Woodlands United Mehtodist Church. A private graveside serivce was at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery.
Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery was in charge of arrangements.
