Carol J. Seitz, 68, Warsaw, passed away at 10:34 a.m. Tuesday, May 9, 2017, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
She was born April 20, 1949, in Baraboo, Wis., to Vern and Margaret Goodenough. She was united in marriage to Richard Seitz on Jan. 28, 1967, in Durwards Glen, Wis.; he survives.
Carol moved to Warsaw from Wisconsin 50 years ago. She was homemaker and a very active grandmother. She attended Warsaw Community Church, where she was a member of the prayer group. Carol was a prayer warrior until her very last day.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Seitz, Warsaw; her daughter, Angela Hurd, Warsaw; her son, Rich Seitz, Appleton, Wis.; two sisters, Joan Goodenough, Lancaster, Wis., and Betty Lambrix, Noonan, Ga.; her brother, Roger Goodenough, Detroit, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be at noon Friday, May 12, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Jeff Pfeifer officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, at a later date.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, May 12, in the funeral chapel.
