Carla Kristin Collins, 45, Milford, died Friday, March 27, 2026.
She was born on Dec. 2, 1980, at Scott Air Force Base in St. Clair County, Ill., to Machelle Lynn Rhoades and Fred Joseph Landolt Jr.
Friends and family may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Carla’s life will be celebrated with a service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 2 at Silver Creek Church of God, 15252 E. CR 100 S., Silver Lake, and officiated by Pastor Dr. Larry McCall. A graveside service will follow at Silver Creek Cemetery, Silver Lake.
The family would appreciate memorial contributions be directed to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, to assist with funeral expenses.
