Carl James Hale, 66, of Little Chapman Lake, Warsaw, died at 10:20 a.m. Jan. 30, 2012, in his son’s residence.
He was born June 14, 1945, in Albion, Mich., to George and Mallie Richardson Hale.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, he was formerly employed by Da-Lite Screen, ABC Inc. and Dalton Foundry.
Surviving are two sons, Chris (and spouse Christy) Hale, Warsaw, and Damian (and spouse Anna) Hale, Portsmouth, Ohio; two sisters, Diane (and spouse Jim) White, Mesa, Ariz., and Vickie (and spouse Greg) Freeman, Aniston, Ala.; two brothers, Tim (and spouse Evelyn) Barton and Gary (and spouse Laura) Barton, all of Mentone; a companion, Gerald M. Miller, Warsaw; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, George M. Hale; and a half brother, Terry Barton.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
