ARGOS - Carl E. Eiler, 73, of 635 Oakhill Ave., Plymouth, and formerly of 109 Broadway St., Argos, died at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 20, 2008, in Miller's Merry Manor, Plymouth. He was ill since 2004.
He was born June 26, 1935, in Walnut, to Quinter and Virginia Roose Eiler. On July 24, 1954, in Argos, he married F. Darlene O'Hara, who died April 29, 2006.
Surviving are two daughters; three sons, including Kerry Eiler, Mentone; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two sisters; and three brothers. He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Argos Bible Church, Argos, with the Rev. Brian Trump officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Argos.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, Argos.
