Cargill, Inc. (with Corporate Offices at 15407 McGinty Road West, Minneapolis, MN 55391 ) is submitting a NOI letter for our facility (Cargill Feed and Nutrition Mentone located at 104 North Etna, Mentone, IN 46539) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities.
