Cardinal Center Patient Says She Was Raped

A Cardinal Center outpatient reported being raped Monday night.

The patient is a Warsaw woman.

At 10:54 p.m., police received a report from the woman's case worker that a man had come to her apartment and raped her. She could not give police a description. She reportedly said he knew her name, though she did not know him. The woman was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a physical examination.

Warsaw Police Department is investigating.
