Whitko High School will be trick-or-treating for canned goods Oct. 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. Residents who will not be home are advised to leave a donation in a bag on their porch. The event is sponsored by Whiko High School Students Against Destructive Decisions and the Whitko High School National Honor Society. Donations go to local food banks.
