Election day is Tuesday, and polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Republican and incumbent U.S. Senator Richard Lugar faces off in the general election against Libertarian Steve Osborn.
U.S. Congressman Mark Souder, also a Republican and incumbent, is being challenged by Democrat Tom Hayhurst.
State Sen. Gary Dillon and State Rep. Dave Wolkins, both Republicans, are unopposed.
However, incumbents William Ruppel, Republican, District 22, and William Friend, Republican, District 23, are challenged by Democrats. Ruppel will face Larry Rensberger and Friend faces Christopher Rahe.
Secretary of state candidates include Republican Todd Rokita, Democrat Joe Pearson and Libertarian Mike Kole.
State auditor candidates include Republican Tim Berry and Democrat Judy Anderson.
State treasurer candidates include Republican Richard Mourdock and Democrat Michael Griffin.
At the county level running unopposed are Rex Reed, 54th Circuit Court Judge; Steven Hearn, prosecuting attorney; Bob Conley, southern district county commissioner; Laurie Renier, assessor; Marsha McSherry, county auditor; Deborah Wulliman, county recorder; and county council members Charlene Knispel - District 1, Harold Jones - District 2, Brad Tandy - District 3 and John Kinsey - District 4.
Two candidates are running for sheriff - Democrat Jim Bumbaugh will face Republican William "Rocky" Goshert.
Republican Dorothy Biesemeyer is running for the Tippecanoe Township assessor's post, and Republican Susan Stookey is unopposed as the Plain Township assessor; Patty Gammiere of Turkey Creek and Kristy Mayer of Wayne also are unopposed on the GOP's ballot.
Several township trustee races only have one candidate. Candidates are Republican unless indicated as a Democrat with a "(D)."

School board candidates of Warsaw Community School Corp. include District 1 - Barbara Smolen and Ronald Yeiter; District 2 - Bradley Hagg and Delores Hearn; District 5 - Tamara Dalton and Tom Heuer; and District 7 - Eugene England.
School board candidates for the Wawasee Community School Corp. include District 1 - Lydia Clark and Michael Wilson; District 2 - Mary Lou Dixon; and District 3 - Marion Acton and Rebecca Linnemeier.
There also will be three questions on the Nov. 7 ballot. They include: Shall Justice Frank Sullivan Jr. be retained in office for the Indiana Supreme Court? Shall Terry A. Crone be retained in office for the Indiana Court of Appeals Third District? Shall Judge Patricia A. Riley be retained in office for the Indiana Court of Appeals Fourth District?
