Find out what all four Warsaw mayoral primary election candidates think about the issues when the Times-Union hosts a candidate forum. The mayoral forum is scheduled tonight at the Wagon Wheel Theatre. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the debate starting at 7 p.m. Moderator will be Times-Union General Manager Gary Gerard. The debate will be aired live on WIOE 98.3. Each candidate will give a three-minute opening statement. Gerard will ask the candidates four prepared questions. Candidates will have up to three minutes to answer each question. Candidates then will be allowed up to three minutes each to respond to the other candidates’ remarks on each question. A limited number of questions from the public then will be asked. Questions were submitted via e-mail by Times-Union readers. The four Warsaw mayoral candidates are Joe Thallemer, Kyle Babcock, Michael Alspaugh and Tony Miller. All four candidates are Republicans.
