Bannon On Dean’s List
SOUTH BEND – Mackin Bannon, Warsaw, has been named to the Dean's List at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business for outstanding scholarship during the spring 2012 semester.
Students who achieve dean’s honors at Notre Dame represent the top 30 percent of students in their college.
Mackin is the son of Terry and Roxanne Bannon, and is a 2010 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.

Kindig On Dean’s
ANGOLA –  Cory Kindig, Warsaw, was named to the Trine University Dean’s List for the spring 2012 semester.
To be named to the Dean’s List a student must carry at least 12 credit hours and have between a 3.5 and 3.749 grade-point average.
Kindig is a sophomore pursuing an engineering technology degree.

Vogel Named To Dean’s List
URBANA, Ohio – Karla Vogel from Rochester was named to the Dean’s List for the 2012 spring semester at Urbana University.
In order to qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled in an undergraduate program for at least 12 credit hours and achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or higher, with no grade lower than a “C.”

Marandet Graduates Tulane
NEW ORLEANS, La. – Tulane University awarded degrees to approximately 2,700 graduates May 19 in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
Local student Angele Marandet, Warsaw, graduated from the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with a master of public health degree.

Sproul On Dean’s List
MARION – Janelle Diane Sproul received recognition on the Indiana Wesleyan University Dean’s List for the spring semester of the 2012 academic year.
To be named on this list, a student must obtain a 3.5 grade point average on a 4 scale and carry at least 12 credit hours for the semester.

Gilbert Makes Dean’s List
MARION – Ellisa Deann Gilbert received recognition on the Indiana Wesleyan University Dean’s List for the spring semester of the 2012 academic year.
To be named on this list, a student must obtain a 3.5 grade point average on a 4 scale and carry at least 12 credit hours for the semester.
The daughter of Kevin and Pam Gilbert, Syracuse, she is a 2010 graduate of Wawasee High School and is studying art therapy.

Sprong Earns Dean’s List
MARION – Caleb Deloy Sprong received recognition on the Indiana Wesleyan University Dean’s List for the fall and spring semesters of the 2011-2012 academic year.
To be named on this list, a student must obtain a 3.5 grade point average on a 4 scale and carry at least 12 credit hours for the semester.
He is the son of Rick and Faith Sprong, Warsaw, and the grandson of Ralph and Shirley Sprong, Warsaw.
