A 42-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly molesting a girl under the age of 14 in December. According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, a Child Services interviewer spoke with the victim who said that on Dec. 7, Sean Milligan, 42, Camby, touched, kissed and spoke to her inappropriately. He then allegedly told the victim not to tell her mother about what had occurred. The affidavit stated that a Hendricks County Sheriff’s officer then spoke with Milligan, who admitted to kissing, touching and speaking to the girl inappropriately. Milligan was arrested on a felony charge of child molesting and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. He was held on a $5,000 bond.
