NOTICE OF INTENT PUBLIC NOTICE C & F Industries, Inc., 5282 Booth Road, Liberty, IN, is submitting Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Water Quality, of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for Storm Water Discharge associated with Construction Activity on Lot 1 of Simpson Estates, Mentone, IN, for construction of a new retail store. The runoff will be detained onsite and then conveyed to the SR-25 ditch.
