Steve Perry will come before the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals tonight with two requests for variances from developmental standards on his lot, 1426 E. Jefferson St.
Perry's first request will be to allow a 1-foot variance from the required 7-foot side yard setback along the east side of his property.
The second request will be for a 3-foot variance from the required side yard setback. The request would allow for a 4-foot yard setback along the west line of the property.
The lot, zoned C-2, is currently limited by the current requirements, and the requests would allow for less restricted development.
BZA members are Daniel Hampton, Bruce Woodward, Alan Clingan, Tom Heuer and Rick Keevan. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in city hall.
