Devon Borkholder will request a special exception in front of the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals tonight to allow a two-family dwelling in a C-2 zoning district at 522 S. McClellan St.
The property has existing sewer, as well as adequate means to enter and depart the premises. The site also contains four parking spaces, a sufficient amount for the requirements of the request.
Cantebury House Apartments will be petitioning for a variance from developmental standards in property along Husky Trail at 100 St. Augustine's Drive.
A 23-foot setback will be requested by Cantebury, a 2-foot variance from the required 25-foot setback. The petitioner states that underground utilities on the property make it difficult to locate an area to construct a garage with the required setback.
The BZA will hold a 7 p.m. meeting tonight at city hall. Members are Alan Clingan, Dan Hampton, Tom Heuer, Rick Keevan, Bill Rhoades and Bruce Woodward.
