OK, I really hope some of you die-hard Obama supporters (Anthony Burchette and Janet Collins especially) can answer some of these questions I have for them cause I am truly baffled at their points of view.
I don't disagree that Obama is an "eloquent" speaker - he is. But, do you never listen to anyone but him and his cronies? Have you ever listened to him since that great inaugural speech that inspired even me for awhile?
Do you go along and "admire" someone who refuses to put his hand on his heart for our pledge of allegiance?
Do you really admire a man that will stand and "apologize" to all nations for our nation's previous actions?
Do you really admire a man that stands in front of Muslim nations and tells them that we are not a Christian nation?
Do you really admire a president who wants to vote for the Kyoto treaty, making us a one-world nation that will totally null and void the Constitution of the United States?
Do you really want a president who wants to share your wealth with illegal immigrants, fund abortions, cut your folks Medicare benefits, tax you to the hilt and then make you pay $250,000 fine and five years in jail if you don't buy your own healthcare amounting to 12 percent of your pay, whether you can afford it or not?
When he promised us all "transparency" and his promise to give everyone three days to read any bills they pass, yet vote on crap just like they did last night in the dead of night but no one read the bill, let alone the citizens. He promised if you made $250,000 or less you wouldn't pay a dime of more taxes, not more on income taxes, capitol gains taxes, death taxes yet it's already starting.
Do you really admire a president who puts all the blame on the past president yet quadruples our deficit in less than 10 months?
I don't know what news you watch but if you really know what's going on in this nation and still approve of this president, then all I can do is pray for you. And when you're old enough to need heart surgery, a hip replacement or any other medical treatment and you can't get it in time to save your life because you're too old to be a tax-contributing citizen instead of a "drain" on our economy you won't regret it and will still admire his "family" values and good intentions.
Wow, I must be missing something here. I grew up thinking this nation and our Constitution was founded on Christian values, not Muslim values and I prefer someone leading our country that prays to God, not Allah.
Like I said, if all these things don't matter to you, I'll pray for you (and our country).
