Butler Johnson, 91, Warsaw, died Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Paddock Springs Assisted Living in Warsaw.
He was born April 18, 1933, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Audie Poe and Smith Johnson. On Feb. 12, 1958, he married Elleree Owens; she died Oct. 25, 2019.
Friends and family are invited to visit from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 14 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
Butler’s life will be celebrated with a funeral service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 15 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by his son, Pastor Rick Johnson. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Memorial donations may be directed to New Creation Fellowship, 315 N. Cedar St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and would be appreciated by the family.
