The building trades class of the Warsaw Area Career Center, which has students from Warsaw Community and Whitko high schools, will host an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday.
The house is at 267 E. Barrington Place, Barrington Hills, Warsaw. Watch for open house signs.
This is the 26th year for the Building Trades Program. A total of 21 students, under the direction of instructor Tom Heiman, worked on the home owned by Justin Crouse. The students were involved in framing, roofing, window and door installation, drywalling, electrical wiring, painting, trimming, siding and concrete work.
The Crouse home is a one-story ranch-style house with a three-car garage. It features a spacious open kitchen and open living concept. There is a full day-light basement. The exterior is a combination of vinyl siding and cultured stone.
The students that worked on the home are Aaron Baier, Lynnae Bell, Jonathan Boggs, Dustin Breidert, Andrew Cleland, Matt Elvidge, Erik Enders, Jared Felger, Robert Johnson, Wesley Johnson, Andy Keener, Nathan Miller, Felix Ochieng, Ryan Rapsavage, Trenton Rowe, Bradley Shroyer, Michael Trier, Timothie Tucker, David Walenga, Robert Watkins and Leonard Wells.
