It's the 23rd franchise the Mike Jones Group has opened.
And his son, Brandon Jones, said the one in Warsaw is also the quickest to open.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 367 Enterprise Drive, Warsaw, hosted members of the community Thursday night in preparation for today's opening.
Those in attendance were treated to free food and soft drinks.
There was a $2 charge for beer but all the proceeds from those sales were collected and will be given to a local charity, according to Brandon Jones.
The former Tascas building sat vacant for more than two years after it caught fire in October 2008.
But because of the open layout of the restaurant, the transformation from abandoned building to a Buffalo Wild Wings was fairly quick.
The new restaurant, located off North Detroit Street in Warsaw, offers much of what other Buffalo Wild Wings does.
Beer, drink and wings specials dominate the menu and the restaurant is decorated with sports memorabilia.
There are 43 televisions in the Warsaw location and more than 5,700 square feet is used.
On those 43 televisions, Brandon Jones said there will be plenty of football games as well as any other sport customers ask for.
NTN games will be available where customers can play trivia and poker on one of Buffalo Wild Wing's televisions.
There will be smoking allowed in the bar section but not in the family dining section.
Brandon Jones said that smoke shouldn't be a big issue though because of the restaurant's 20-foot ceilings as well as good ventilation.
The restaurant seats 191 people, and an outdoor paito area will be used when the weather gets better.
There is a separate dining room known as the "Coaches Corner".
It will initially be used as overflow seating for the restaurant, but Jones said it will be used for private gatherings for coaches, business and small groups that want to have parties or meetings.
Full audio and video capabilites are available in the separate dining room.
The Mike Jones Group now owns 23 Buffalo Wild Wings in five different states.
In Indiana, they own restaurants in the Indianapolis market up to the Angola lccation as well as out-of-state locations.
"But we're Indiana born and bred," said Brandon Jones. "We're community-driven and community minded."
They opened their first location in 2002.
The Warsaw restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
It will employ between 20 to 25 full-time employees and nearly 50 part-time employees.
