Buddy Lee Parum was born in Winchester, Ark., on June 4, 1938.
He spent much of his youth in Texas before enlisting in the United States Navy. Buddy also served his country in the United States Army before eventually making his home in the Midwest. He attended New Hope Free Will Baptist Church when he could.
Buddy will be remembered during Sunday morning worship at New Hope Free Will Baptist Church, 3651 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, on Dec. 31. Morning service begins at 10:30 a.m. Pastor David Cripe will officiate.
Buddy Lee Parum passed away at 5:10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, in Warsaw Meadows Care Center. He was 79 years old.
He is survived by a close group of friends, who have chosen to celebrate his life privately before he is interred in Warsaw's Oakwood Cemetery.
