Whitko student Janelle Kern's seat belt habits get inspected by State Trooper Brian Bills this morning in the parking lot at Whitko High School. Looking on is Melissa Ousley, a Students Against Drunk Driving representative from the school. SADD sponsored the seat belt checks by the state police.
