Happy 100th birthday to Miriam Bryant from Pierceton!
Miriam was born on March 21, 1924, to Stanley and Rheda Locke in Wakarusa. She married the love of her life, Eugene Bryant, on May 12, 1946.
She is the mother to three daughters: Sharon, Rebecca and Diane. She has nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was a gracious help mate to her husband on their farm and she loved to tend her garden, and can the harvest.
Her years have been filled with faithfulness and devotion to the Lord, her family and all who found their way across her path, and especially into her kitchen.
Her warmth and care has been served through countless home-cooked meals from family and friends to farm hands and neighbors.
Her famous dinner rolls and her chicken and noodles are among some of the family favorites.
Her family could never quantify the magnitude of her love, hard work and prayers that culminate into this centennial milestone.
They celebrate with grateful hearts for all she is to them, and the imprint that will always remain.
