WINONA LAKE - Lindsey Bruner was awarded the Franchino Memorial Cheerleading Scholarship during the awards chapel of the 2008-2009 academic year at Grace College.This scholarship is presented to a cheerleader who displays a balanced Christian attitude in all aspects of college and personal life. Bruner demonstrated excellent cheerleading skills and met all academic requirements as stated in the college handbook while maintaining a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
She is the daughter of Kyle and Lalanya Bruner, Winona Lake. She has completed her freshman year at Grace pursuing studies in elementary education with an emphasis in special education.
