Warsaw Police Department arrested a brother and sister Wednesday after finding a one-pot methamphetamine lab in a mobile home. Officers were called to Shamrock Mobile Home Park north of the city for a report of the odor of chemicals Wednesday around 7:45 p.m. Narcotics officers located the source of the odor coming from lot 89. Through an open window, officers observed an active one-pot meth lab being tended to and detained a brother and sister from the residence. Anthony J. Hackworth, 27, Warsaw, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on Class B felony charges of dealing, delivering or manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine; and possession of methamphetamine. He was being held on a $2,000 surety bond. Police also arrested Jessica J. England, 33, Warsaw, for visiting a common nuisance involving dangerous drugs. She was being held on a $350 cash bond. The clandestine lab team cleaned up the scene. Warsaw Police were assisted by Indiana State Police, Winona Lake Police and the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
