Jay was born on April 3, 1964, in Wabash, to Robert Eugene Vanlandingham and Phyllis Elaine Robbins Nice.
On June 7, 1986, he married Kimberly B. Steele.
Family and friends may call Sunday, Oct. 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling with Father John Robinette officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
