Brian F. Gosney, 59, of 3578 N. Barbee Road Apt. 1, Warsaw, died at 8:02 a.m. Oct. 18, 2007, at Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
He was born April 7, 1948, in Detroit, Mich., to Macauley James and Virginia Helen Hart Gosney. On Oct. 16, 1971, in Wooster, Ohio, he married Jean Shamp, who survives.
A 20-year Warsaw resident, he owned Gosney & Associates Inc. He received a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University in 1979.
Also surviving are two daughters: Laine Gosney, Indianapolis; Adria Gosney, Warsaw; a brother, Jerry Gosney, Bristol, Va.; and his father and stepmother, Macauley J. and Omah Gosney, Sioam Springs, Ark. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Services and burial will be private. Calling is from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
