Breaking The Law

Why is it that while driving around this "wonderful" town, if we don't use our turn signals, we'll get a ticket? I know not everyone does like they should, but if we don't, the Warsaw Police Dept. will give us a ticket. But why can they drive around and not use theirs?

I've seen them, and they sometimes don't use their turn signals. Is it because they think they are special driving around in a police car with a badge thinking no one can give them a ticket? That's not right. If we have to (and we all have to), then they should, too. We should all play the same rules, however, that will never happen.
