Young concert goers at the Symphony of the Lakes 'Bravo Beethoven' concert enjoy the music with Ludwig Van Beethoven, played by Greg Teghtmeyer, Sunday. The concert audience enjoyed an evening of Beethoven's works, including the famous Beethoven's Fifth under the director of Artistic Director Dr. Patrick Kavanaugh. 'Beethoven was just 12 years old when his first music work was publish,' said Kavanaugh. 'I applaud the parents who bring their children to our concerts and expose them to the joy of music.' The Symphony of the Lakes Orchestra's next concert is Dec. 12. The orchestra will perform Handel's Messiah Sing-Along. All concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. and are free to the public. An American Girl Doll will be raffled off at the Dec. 12 concert. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 6 or $25. Raffle tickets may be purchased at Winona Mercantile shop. The doll will be on display at the Boathouse Restaurant. Tickets will be on sale starting Nov. 29 and ending Dec. 12.
