SYRACUSE – Brandon Matthew Hurd, 41, Mentone, passed away Feb. 23, 2015, at his residence. He was born June 27, 1973, in Warsaw, to Dannie and Susan Price Hurd. He was a lifelong area resident. He attended the Granger Community Church. He operated Theatrical Sound and Vision in Warsaw. Surviving are two children, Legend Hurd, North Webster, and Tristen Seaney, Fort Wayne; his mother, Susan (and spouse Stan) Estes, North Webster; his father, Dannie (and spouse Amy) Hurd, Warsaw; two sisters, Jennifer (and spouse Glenn) Hlutke, North Webster, and Sara (and spouse Kevin) Harris, Syracuse; three brothers: Dannie Hurd Jr., North Webster; Christopher (and spouse Kate) Hurd, Bourne, England; and Geoffrey Bailey, Warsaw; grandparents, Walter (and spouse Ethel) Coplen, Plymouth, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Dan Puckett officiating.
