COLUMBIA CITY - Bradley Dean Taylor, 52, of Fort Wayne, died at 2:36 a.m. Nov. 30, 2009, in his residence.
He was born July 29, 1957, in Fort Wayne, to Laurel Eugene and Donnabelle "Johnnie" Wagner Taylor, who survive in Fort Wayne.
Also surviving are two daughters; two brothers, including Gregory Eugene (and spouse Cindy) Taylor, Pierceton; a granddaughter; and former spouse, Gwen, Fort Wayne.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Pastor Greg Smith officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Chapel (Sand Bank), Columbia City.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
