Brad K Johnson, 60, Warsaw, passed away at 7:44 a.m. July 28, 2015, in his residence. He was born Nov. 18, 1954, in Hartford City, to Jack and Sharon Coons Johnson. On Aug. 22, 1988, he married Sherri Maggard, who survives in Warsaw. Also surviving are: his brother, Rod (and spouse Dorothy) Johnson, Hartford City; two sisters, Tami Johnson and Vanna Devoe, both of Muncie; three sons, Brady (and spouse Melissa) Johnson, Bluffton; Brandon (and spouse Jennifer) Johnson, Greenfield; and Chris (and spouse Heather) Johnson, Warsaw; two daughters, Sara Phegley, Decatur, and Stephanie (and spouse Reggie) Ellison, Hartford City; 11 grandchildren, and his best friend, Sammy the dog. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack (and spouse Patricia) Johnson and Sharon (and spouse Bob) Patterson. A memorial service for family and friends will follow at a later date.
