NORTH MANCHESTER – Bonnie M. Stucker, 88, of North Manchester, died at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 3, 2012, in Miller’s Merry Manor East, Wabash.
She was born Sept. 14, 1923, in Dora, to Ward W. and Alice Smeltzley Wood. On Oct. 5, 1940, she married Virgil K. Stucker, who died July 12, 1988.
She owned and operated Stucker Shoes, North Manchester, for 55 years. She was a member of South Pleasant United Methodist Church, Silver Lake.
Surviving are two daughters, Sondra (and spouse Bill) Stellar, North Manchester, and Paula (and spouse Gene) Dangerfield, Wabash; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
