Bomb Threat Ends Up Being Bogus

Posted
A supposed bomb built by students turned out to be a container filled with water and antacids.

Warsaw Police Department officers responded to a call of a potential bomb in an alley behind the 600 block of East Main Street.

Students at an unnamed Warsaw school were allegedly bragging about building a bomb. When WPD officers and a K-9 unit responded to the location of the bomb, they found a plastic container filled with water and antacids.

School officials disciplined the students who made the claims.
