Larry and Betty Boggs will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 10. Larry Boggs and the former Betty Griffis were married Nov. 10, 1956, in Logansport, at the home of the Rev. Ralph Hoffman. Larry is retired from Creighton Bros. Betty is retired from the Warsaw post office. Together they ran a small farm and raised beef cattle for many years. They are the parents of two children, JoEllen (and spouse Rick) Jackson, Atwood, and Jeff Boggs, Warsaw. They have six grandchildren: Kristi, Holli, Nicholas, Jordan, Hannah and Shelby; and five great-grandchildren: Evyn, Addie, Daylin, Brinley and Blakely. They will be celebrating with an open house from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Atwood Community Building.
