NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on the appeal of a decision made by the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer. On December 7, 2015, the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer granted a Variance and Exception petition filed by Todd Anderson, requesting: An EXCEPTION to permit the change, alteration, and expansion of a Home Based Business (Landscaping and Nursery Business) by adding 2 Greenhouses in an Agricultural District And A Variance to permit the construction of a 100 x 100 greenhouse 20 feet from the right-of-way of the road. Subsequently, on December 10, 2015, this decision was appealed by Max Deatsman, Gina Deatsman, Brian Deatsman, and Janelle Deatsman to the full five member Board of Zoning Appeals of Kosciusko County. Said real estate is located in an area which is presently zoned as Agricultural by the County Zoning Ordinance.
