NOTICE FOR BIDS TO LEASE REAL ESTATE AT SUITE C, 117 WEST CENTER STREET, WARSAW, INDIANA Notice is hereby given pursuant to IC 36-1-11-10 by the Board of Public Works and Safety that it will receive bids for the annual lease of Suite C 117 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Bids will be received until 10:30 a.m., local time, on February 18, 2011. The bids will be publicly opened by the Board of Public Works and Safety at 10;30 am on February 18, 2011 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Bids should be clearly marked "Annual Lease of Suite C117 West Center Street' on the outside of the envelope. No late bids will be accepted. Bids must include the proposed bid amount, name, address, and phone number of individual and/or business making a bid.
