INDIANAPOLIS - Bureau of Motor Vehicles Commissioner Gary A. Gibson reminds motorists that all BMV administrative offices and license branches will be closed July 3 through July 5 in observance of Independence Day.
Motorists needing to process a standard vehicle registration transaction during that time may use the BMV Express Self-Service Terminals or Rapid Renewal System via the Internet at www.bmvexpress.org/rrs. Standard vehicle registrations renewals transactions also may be processed via the telephone by calling 877-4-NEW-BMV or in metropolitan Indianapolis, 317-233-6265.
