Warsaw Area Career Center culinary arts students had their final exam practicum and soft opening of the Blue Apron restaurant at noon Wednesday.
The restaurant will open in the fall in the Career Center of Warsaw Community High School. Open to the public, hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, according to WACC Director Ronna Kawsky.
