Ken and Tina Blackford, Tippecanoe, announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Blackford, Tippecanoe, to Kevin Miller, Middlebury. He is the son of Duane and Tanya Miller, Middlebury.
The bride-to-be graduated from Triton High School, Bourbon, in 2008, and is a full-time student at Purdue University, South Bend, in the organizational leadership and supervision program, expecting to graduate in spring 2012.
The groom-elect is self-employed in Middlebury. He graduated from Northridge High School, Middlebury, in 2005, and is studying mechanical engineering technology at Purdue University, South Bend, expecting to graduate in fall 2011.
